Since Prudential digitalized their products, and did it in many countries, inconsistencies came with this proccess. It's common when a big company that has a legacy need to grow digitally. Also having some issues with burocracy to start/end things, so it really affects scalability. They had to turn productivity and consistency in a value to evolve Product team's culture.
About cultures: something that could be beautiful in Brazil can be embarrassing in China, so, still talking about inconsistencies, this shows that global products must be adapted considering their differences, but mantaining the main structure.
